Another T-shirt and Jeans Kind of a Day. February 13th, 2013.

I wasn't feeling lazy this morning like yesterday.  But there is something about effortless look of a t-shirt and jeans that I love.  Today is the day before Valentine's day and I decided to pay my dues with one of my favorites: Love & Peace shirt! Pardon my un-manicured nails, as I said I've been a little lazy lately :)

And since it's pretty chilly outside, I needed a cardigan. It's really funky with patches and all ;)

Adding coat, hat, scarf, and gloves.... All set!

Lazy Day. Today's Outfit February 12th, 2013

This morning I was a bit lazy and decided to take it easy :) Hence, it was a boat neck t-shirt and jeans kind of day.

It was a bit chilly outside so I needed a very warm cardigan :)

Snow Storm in NYC!

Today we have a snow storm in dear old NYC.  As a panic ridden people run around looking to stock up on supplies and gas, I have to go to work.  But all is not too bad because I finally get to wear my beautiful winter boots that I bought for this exact reason:

Outfit February 6th ,2013. Skirt day.

I never ever ever wear skirts.  Evveeer.  Something about them scare me.  I can never seem to be able to pair them with anything.  They always seem to not fit me well. They always rise up when I walk.  I never know what's appropriate length. In short I never wear skirts :) Hence I only own three skirts. For some reason yesterday I decided to make an exception and reach for one of them, my Ann Taylor stripey skirt.  Here is the result, love it or hate it, but I did it!

Girls Night Out

I love a good old girls night out! Nowadays I don't try too hard, because I'm married :) But still love to look my best for the girls. Decided to ware my new favorite boots that night, I love them, supper comfortable!

Happy to share the good news today. I finally was able to find a perfectly good pair of boots: Luichiny Women's True Fit Flat Boot .  And here they are:

I'm absolutely in love! As soon as I saw these boots on Amazon I had to have them. When I opened the box I knew I made the right choice. These are very edgy boots, and definitely not for everyone. But for me they are simply perfect since these are so my style. The first day I wore these I got so many compliments, from friends, co workers, and even strangers on the subway. Money well spent for sure. Another reason I love these is because they fit! I'm a petite girl and my shoe size is 5.5, however my calves are the size of the tree trunks. It's really a huge problem for me to find boots which I can squeeze my leg into. So I was even more excited when these fit.

Today's Outfit January 30th, 2013

There is nothing simpler and easier to pull of than a "shirt under sweater" look. It's my "lazy" day outfit, that is always safe and cute. Especially if use safe colors such as white, grey, and navy. See for yourself:
