Checked Shirt Obsession. March 21st, 2013

For past two days I wore a somewhat similar outfit.  In both cases the prominent piece of the clothing was two of my favorite checked shirts.  One is an oldie but goody Superdr Sheer Calamity Shirt and the other Checked Shirt from ZARA (current season). Gotta love the effortless look of both outfits!

A Long Break. March 19th, 2013

I haven't posted for the longest time.  Mainly due to the fact that I was fighting this annoyingly stubborn cold for the past week now.  Also the weather here in NY was so miserable that I was in no mood to dress up nicely.  I just wanted to be comfortable and warm, which normally translates into a pair of UGGs and old jeans :) However, there were some jems and here they are:

Jeans: Limited (sold out, but very similar on sale).

A Little Blue. March 7th, 2013

I haven't posted in a while.  Mainly because it doesn't seem like anyone will miss me, since no one is really reading the blog :) So I've been a little blue lately.  But decided to keep going, if only for my self.  It's nice to look back on my outfits this year, and see how my style changed and progressed in the past short couple of months. Here is the outfit for today:

Finally In the Dress. February 28th, 2013

There are some pieces in my wardrobe and jewelry box, which I've been wearing for years.  Those things are not necessary name brand or expensive.  The quality and versatility of these pieces make them my favorite things. Things which I won't throw away or donate for many years to come.  The two examples are the dress brand unknown and Forever 21 dragonfly necklace which I bought 4 years ago.  Both I wear religiously year round. Very Comfy for a Rainy Day. February 27th, 2103.

It's an awful rainy day today in New York and I wanted to be as comfortable as I could.  Hence another jeans and t-shirt day. Yey! I had a little extra time this morning and also decided to braid my hair.  Hope you like the result.

I'm so excited about this new Betsey Johnson "YUMMY" Bracelet I got!  It's kind of cutsey and pretty, but at the same time edgy.  Is that even possible?
